Letting Go & Gentle Beginnings is not about resolutions or fixing yourself. It is about acknowledging endings with care, and making space for what wants to begin slowly. Through simple expressive art, quiet reflection, and shared presence, we will explore: What am I ready to put down? What do I want to carry forward with intention? What kind of beginning feels right for me? A gentle space to slow down, express without words, reflect on the year that has been, and step into the next one with awareness and softness. No art experience needed. Just come as you are.
